An invitation to Jinzhou
Jinhsi appears in a public broadcast to Jinzhou’s citizens, welcoming visitors for the Moon-chasing Festival and reaffirming the city’s commitment to defending its people.
She also announces that a long-awaited, important visitor may soon arrive and invites that person to City Hall.
Rover’s companions suspect the invitation is intended for Rover, although this is not explicitly confirmed.
